Our campus is Charlottesville’s iconic pedestrian Downtown Mall. Our conference journey takes us to grand theaters, galleries, tech incubators, restaurants, social clubs, public parks, and of course, the red bricks of the Mall.

WED 4/16 - Civic Futures

This full-day event unites changemakers from diverse sectors—private industry, the innovation economy, government, philanthropy, academia, and institutions—into a dynamic, creative space. Together, we’ll co-create a roadmap for the region’s identity and growth, paving the way for meaningful action and accountability.

And like last year, we'll be showcasing Founders from the area in our pitches and spotlights.

​The Entrepreneurship theme delves into the entrepreneurial journey, offering tools, insights, and strategies for founders at every stage. With intention at its core, this theme emphasizes the importance of building purpose-driven businesses while navigating the inevitable challenges that come with entrepreneurship. But beyond merely surviving, this track is about thriving—teaching entrepreneurs and the entrepreneur in all of us not just how to stay afloat in competitive markets but how to build resilient, innovative ventures that scale and succeed.

SAT 4/19 - Wellness

​Our Wellness track expands the concept of wellness beyond just physical health, encompassing mental, emotional, and social well-being. We'll speak to the many facets of wellness—from fostering a supportive and balanced workplace culture, to embracing alternative healing practices that nurture the mind, body, and spirit, to the role of mindfulness in our daily lives. We'll also emphasize the importance of community wellness, focusing on how we can create environments—whether in our organizations, neighborhoods, or networks—that promote connection, inclusivity, and shared growth.
